Made-to-Order items, Custom-Made items and On Sale items are non-refundable.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Please consider that we operate using a made-to-order approach, which means that each item is crafted specifically upon receiving your order. and so, they are non-refundable.

Size changes do not apply. In order to select the correct size, please check out our Size Chart in the Made-to-Order page.

This method allows us to minimize waste and overproduction, aligning with our commitment to creating a more sustainable industry.

Custom-Made Pieces

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds for custom orders.

These items are meticulously crafted to your specific measurements or may include alterations (such as color, length, or design changes) that differ from our standard sizing.

In-Stock Pieces

Additionally, alongside our made-to-order items, we offer select in-stock pieces and archive items available for purchase.
For these items, we gladly accept returns and exchanges, contingent upon availability in our inventory.

This ensures that we offer you flexibility while maintaining our commitment to sustainability through our made-to-order model.

For in-stock items, returns and corresponding refunds are available within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure that your item is securely packaged to prevent any transit damage.
For added security, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Kindly share the tracking number with us via email at hello@shop-casamaria.com so that we can monitor the shipment. Also, include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming approval for an exchange, credit note, or refund.

Refunds

If your refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We also recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, duties, or taxes incurred.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for in-stock items and if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that exchanges may be declined if the item(s) show signs of wear, soil, laundering, or alteration.

For international exchanges, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping and logistical costs.
Ensure your package is insured, traceable, and prepaid.
